So this company fakes videos. I just noticed recordings with popups from privy on my website where it shows Android (nobody in my household has Android) and some locations 1000s of miles away from me with my emails cashed in the drop-down when the user selects email box... I have evidence to prove it...

I have been using visitor analytics for around 6 years now and love it.
Its very in depth, gives a great insight to customer interaction.
I recently had an issue (over the weekend) that was resolved relatively quickly.
I wouldn't be without VA now.

Visitor analytics works very good and it allows me to track my visitors in a very comfortable way, it works very well. let me know how much traffic I get in real time, helping me to advertise my site to reach more people. The graphs are easy to read and understand. The information is helping me match my site to what my visitors like.

The support is very quick and efficient on your queries. The analytics are very useful and have helped me improve my user experience. They meet all privacy requirements and the interface is very easy to understand.

It is really a nice visitor tracking tool!
And its free version also has enough features for a small website.

The only drawback we feel is its Report. That does not consist of detailed data and data captured by it can not be fetched using an API call that is exposed by it.

It looks good and work goods but if you install it it will affect your website speed I uninstall it and I cat down my website loading time by 50%!!!
today google is looking for speed and customers are looking for speed.

and you can use Google Analytics for free!

Exceptional Support from Visitor Analytics
I requested assistance with an issue that I was having with the page names being shown on my site's Visitor Analytics statistics page. Raul provided a very timely response as to the cause of the problem which had to do with how i had created the pages. He also provided guidance on where I could go to find a resolution in Wix.

After the ticket was closed, Raul continued to research the problem and the next day provided me with additional guidance that allowed me to completely resolve my issue. Truly an example of Exceptional support.

Overall: This tool has definitely helped me improve my site based on data such as user device screen resolution, bounce rate etc. so definitely worth it. If you manage websites for your clients, this tool will make it easier for them to understand the data, because it's user-friendly.

Pros: 1) Visitor Analytics is simple to use, one script and you are off the mark. 2) The most crucial information you need is tracked. Such as visitors GEO location, bounce rate, referrer information etc. and if you take it one step further, you can create UTM based campaigns as well that you can use to track more information 3) The support is just amazing. CEO himself comes on chat and interacts with you. And I've had the privilege of talking to him at length on this product and trust me, the vision he has for Visitor Analytics is one that's exciting, from Google Ads integration to in-depth tracking, what he wants for this product is crystal clear. For him alone, this product is worth it.

Cons: This tool is still in it's development phase so to speak, and as such, the amount of information you will find might be limited versus tools such as Matamo and GA. But with time and user feedback, I know they will turn everything around.
